New Skills and Clean!

Heyyyyy... Hold on just a second, okay? Uncle Chris - are we doing anything fun for Christmas? What about New Years? Hockey? Seriously? Can we watch football and eat yummy treats? oh, whew.
Sorry about that. It occurred to me that I didn't know what we were doing for all that stuff! I wonder if Santy Paws is bringing me anything good this year... He better know where Uncle Chris's house is!
Yes, Tucker. Santy Paws knows where our house is, don't worry your little floppy ears about it. How about telling everyone about your improved skills?
Right, sorry UC. So - it's been a while since we last woofed. I've been practicing the skills I had and I have been learning new ones!
Being House Trained is the biggest one, of course. I've got that down pat - I'll let you know when I need to go by walking to the "I need to go outside" door. Then you come and let me out to do my business :-) I'm also crate trained. The deal is that I'll go in there if you give me a Milkbone - sound fair? And then I'm happy to just hang out in there and snuggle on my blankie... (my blankie is also a requirement).
Then we all know this one, right?

Let's see, what else have we been practicing... Oh, yeah - I now sit before I go either in or out the door. I'm working on my leash skills, so pretty soon I'm going to a super good leash walker (once this rain lets up).
And I'm still an expert Snuggler!

I have been getting settled in with all my Cuddle Crew, too. Here's me with all the boys: puppy, Puppy, Penguin, and what's left of Red Reindeer (after Danika played with it, sheesh!).

And then... (Cue Scary Music!!)
It was bath time. I actually don't mind baths - I actually take a shower - because it's a chance for Uncle Chris to do some serious loving on this puppy! There just happens to be shampoo involved, and I smell like oatmeal afterwards.
After a busy morning of training, playing, new treat thingy, and a bath? I was bushed. Time for this puppy to get a little shut-eye.
